Product Overview

The ADVS series co-rotating parallel twin screw extruder is a high-efficiency compounding equipment developed by Sichuan Zhongwang for plastic modification, functional masterbatch, polymer alloy and plastic recycling & pelletizing. Equipped with a high-torque transmission system and barrels with precise temperature control, the machine ensures continuous and stable operation. It is capable of handling complex processes featuring high filling, high shearing and superior dispersion, and is widely used for plastic processing in automotive, home appliance, packaging, electrical and electronic industries.

Core Technical Features
High-torque Transmission System

Adopting heavy-duty hardened gearbox with carburizing and quenching treatment, it features high load capacity and supports long-term full-load operation. Fitted with high-precision gears and bearings, it delivers high transmission efficiency, low noise and long service life.

High-efficiency Compounding Screw Assembly

The screw elements are nitrided for high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Conveying, kneading and shearing elements can be freely combined according to different process requirements. Optimized screw lead and shear structure ensure uniform material dispersion and thorough plasticization, avoiding local overheating.

Precise Temperature Control & Venting System

The barrels adopt multi-section independent temperature control with electric heating and water cooling, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±2℃ to match the process requirements of various materials. Optional side feeder, vacuum degassing unit and liquid injection port are available to meet special processes such as devolatilization and reactive extrusion.

Intelligent Control System

It is equipped with PLC and touch screen operation panel, which realizes real-time monitoring and data recording of temperature, screw speed, pressure, torque and other parameters. With overload protection, fault alarm and safety interlock functions, it guarantees production safety and equipment service life.
